BakaBois Draft Assistant Terms of Use

Effective: July 12, 2026

Product license

BakaBois grants each paying customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Draft Assistant for personal fantasy-sports participation during an active subscription. The customer may not resell access, share API keys, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer hosted services, or use the service to interfere with ESPN or another platform.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining their ESPN account, installing the extension only in profiles they control, keeping API keys confidential, and complying with ESPN's terms and the rules of their fantasy league. Customers must not provide BakaBois with passwords, cookies, authentication tokens, or other account secrets.

Recommendations and fantasy outcomes

BakaBois provides informational fantasy-football analysis. Recommendations are probabilistic, rankings can become stale, platform data can be delayed, and player availability can change before a pick is submitted. BakaBois does not guarantee draft results, league performance, prizes, or financial outcomes. It is not a sportsbook or gambling service.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Customers can manage payment methods and cancel future renewals through the Stripe Customer Portal. All sales are final: BakaBois does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for charges already made, except where required by applicable law. Access may remain available through the paid period after cancellation.

Availability

The product depends on local software, Chrome, ESPN interfaces, network access, and third-party services. Features may change when those services change. BakaBois may suspend access to protect the service, respond to abuse, or enforce these terms.

Warranty and liability

The product is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. BakaBois disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the previous twelve months.

Changes and support

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Support requests can be sent to contact@operatorzero.ai.
